Challenge:
AlFursan Endurance AlUla brought together 5,000 visitors and 5,000 vendors at the Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Equestrian Village — requiring two entirely separate registration and credentialing workflows to run in parallel. With 6 distinct zones including restricted paddock, press, and VIP areas, every credential had to be precisely scoped to prevent unauthorised access during the live event.
Our Solution:
Stamp IQ implemented a dual-track accreditation system with dedicated visitor and vendor registration portals operating in parallel. Zone-based access control was mapped precisely to the equestrian venue layout, with QR-coded badges carrying instant zone permission lookups across all 6 areas.
