Challenge:
The Bedouin Tent Tour required a complete multi-module accreditation setup across a 2-day outdoor desert event. The organiser needed a single platform to handle attendee registration, inbound flight coordination for travelling participants, access control across 4 distinct zones, and on-site payment processing — all running simultaneously in a remote Saudi Arabian venue.
Our Solution:
Stamp IQ deployed a fully integrated 4-module accreditation system built around the event's unique requirements. Registration and badge printing were handled on-site, flight data was ingested to manage arriving participants, 4 access zones were configured with QR-based scanning, and a payment module was integrated for on-site transactions.
