    By accessing or using the Stamp IQ platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service. These Terms apply to all users, including event organizers, administrators, and attendees.

    2. Description of Service

    Stamp IQ provides a professional event accreditation and credentialing platform that includes zone-based access control, self-registration portals, digital badge generation, dynamic questionnaires, real-time analytics, and role-based management tools for event organizers worldwide.

    3. Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
    • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
    • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
    • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
    • Collect or harvest personal data of other users without authorization.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
    • Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.

    5. Subscription and Billing

    • Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.
    • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
    • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
    • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
    • You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your subscription.

    6. Data Ownership

    You retain ownership of all event data, attendee information, and content you upload to Stamp IQ. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights in the Stamp IQ platform — including software, design, logos, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to Stamp IQ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

    8. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability. We will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stamp IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    10. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
