Challenge:

The Gulf Cup Draw Ceremony brought together official delegations from 8 participating Gulf nations — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen — alongside distinguished guests from regional football federations and international sports organisations at Culture Square, Al Balad, Jeddah. Organised under the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation, the event required a fully configured accreditation platform capable of managing 700+ registrants, 8 access zones, 7 badge templates, and 9 active registration systems — all while meeting the elevated protocol and security standards expected of an official AGCFF-sanctioned draw ceremony.

Stamp IQ deployed a fully integrated accreditation platform tailored to the protocol requirements of an official Gulf Cup draw ceremony. Nine registration systems were configured with seven badge templates aligned to each credential category — national delegations, federation representatives, FIFA officials, media, VIP guests, and event staff. The 8-zone access matrix was built with 5 privilege tiers, ensuring every entry point across Culture Square enforced the correct access permissions from day one.
